The company led by Mrs. Antonioli is clearly affected by Fiat behaviour. You can achieve career if you know some special people inside the company or you are a friend of an up level position. Meritocracy is not the leading parameter. Mental mobbing is the most used weapon. Lots of things are done only as face reference without concrete and solid matter. Pay to get something back. Pay to get service in the company. Suppliers pays lot in term of official gift and much more in term of not official gift. Delivered directly at home. Set of important bottle of wine, watchs, champagne, etc... tipical Italian style.
